Slurry transport, coal chemical, ash removal systems, and sand-containing crude oil all contain solid particles. Soft valve seats wear down quickly under particle erosion. This causes the valve to lose seal performance in a short time. Our product valve is specifically developed for these severe applications. The valve seat and ball surface are overlaid with Ni60, STL, or WC hard alloy. The hardness can reach HRC65 or above. This hard surface effectively resists erosion and wear from solid particles. The trunnion design supports the ball with upper and lower stems. The ball will not shift under high pressure impact. This ensures long-term sealing stability. This product serves mining, metallurgy, power, coal chemical, and oilfield industries. It handles compressed air, natural gas, coal gas, LPG, nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen, steam, flue gas, slurry, and various media containing solid particles. Our models include Q347Y, Q647Y, and Q947Y.

Our high pressure metal seated trunnion ball valve uses body materials such as A105, F304, F316L, LF2, F11, F22, F53, F55, 4A, 5A, Inconel, Monel, 2205, 2507, 904L, copper alloy, titanium alloy, Hastelloy, and nickel alloy. You can choose manual, worm gear, pneumatic, electric, or hydraulic drives. Connections are RF, FM, G, M, or RTJ. The structure is a trunnion ball valve. This model has no soft seal materials. Hard seal materials are Ni60, STL, WC, and CRC. We have an independent inspection center with hardness testers and metallurgical microscopes. We check the thickness and hardness of each batch of overlay. This ensures that the overlay meets design requirements. Every product valve undergoes dual seal tests before shipment. The low-pressure test at 0.6MPa checks the grinding quality of the sealing pair. The high-pressure test at 1.1 times rated pressure verifies the structural strength of the overlay layer.
