The pneumatic drive enables fast open/close action. This greatly reduces worker fatigue and improves efficiency. This product serves petroleum, chemical, natural gas, light industry, power, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, water supply, food and beverage, and printing and dyeing industries. It is especially suitable for applications needing frequent operation or automation. The media includes compressed air, natural gas, coal gas, LPG, nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen, steam, flue gas, and various process tail gases. Our models include Q671F and Q671PEEK.

Our pneumatic wafer ball valve uses body materials such as A105, F304, F316L, LF2, F11, F22, F53, F55, 4A, 5A, Inconel, Monel, 2205, 2507, 904L, copper alloy, titanium alloy, Hastelloy, and nickel alloy. The drive is pneumatic. Connections are RF, FM, G, M, or RTJ with wafer connection. The structure is a floating ball valve. This model is not suitable for hard seals. We use PTFE, RPTFE, Nylon, Devilon, PEEK, PCTFE, M111, MOLON, and POM as soft seal materials. Our factory uses quick assembly fixtures specifically designed for products. These fixtures ensure consistent quality in batch production. Every pneumatic wafer ball valve undergoes an action frequency test before shipment. We perform 1000 consecutive open/close cycles to check sealing performance and action reliability. We use leak detection fluid to check the air seal at the actuator-to-valve body connection. Each valve comes with an actuator torque calculation sheet. This helps you understand the selection basis and aids on-site maintenance.
