Motor Operated Ball Valve

Under severe operating conditions involving high pressure, high temperature, and corrosive media, valve reliability and pressure resistance directly determine production safety. This motor operated ball valve from Chenxiang adopts a forged steel valve body and flanged connection, giving it significantly greater structural strength than cast components. It is especially suitable for applications such as petroleum cracking, natural gas gathering and transportation, steam pipeline networks, and sulfur-containing process tail gas systems.

The motor operated ball valve is available in both on/off and modulating control modes. The on/off type meets remote open-close requirements, while the modulating type can receive a standard 4–20 mA signal to achieve linear flow regulation. Equipped with an electric actuator from a well-known domestic brand, the valve has an actuation response time of ≤1.5 seconds.

Before leaving the factory, each valve undergoes full-stroke operation testing, sealing performance testing, and a 48-hour loaded aging test to simulate on-site pressure fluctuation conditions. Test videos are archived for each individual unit.

Available valve body materials include A105, F304, F316L, LF2, F11, F22, F53, F55, 4A, 5A, Inconel, Monel, 2205, 2507, 904L, copper alloy, titanium alloy, Hastelloy, nickel alloy, and others. Soft sealing materials include PTFE, RPTFE, Nylon, Devilon, PEEK, PCTFE, M111, MOLON, and POM, while hard sealing options include Ni60, STL, WC, and CRC.

Connection types include RF, FM, G, M, and RTJ. Structural options include floating ball valves and trunnion-mounted ball valves, including DIB-1 and DIB-2 designs. The pressure range is PN16–PN420, equivalent to Class 150–2500 LB, with nominal diameters from DN15 to DN500, or 1/2" to 20". The operating temperature range is -29°C to 450°C.

Chenxiang provides CE certification and ISO quality system certification for this motor operated ball valve, along with a wiring diagram and commissioning manual. After-sales engineers can also provide remote guidance for parameter setting to ensure fast on-site commissioning.
