The drive is electric. Connections are NPT, RC, or G threads. The structure is a floating ball valve.

Thread accuracy directly affects the sealing performance of the connection. We use high-precision CNC thread lathes to machine NPT, RC, and G threads. We inspect each batch with thread plug gauges and ring gauges. This ensures that the threads meet ANSI B1.20.1 and corresponding Chinese national standards. Every male threaded ball valve undergoes an electric joint test before shipment. We check the valve's opening/closing time, output torque, and limit switch accuracy. We laser-print the model number, voltage, protection class, and serial number on the electric actuator. This identification helps with on-site identification and maintenance.
