Our product valve uses a trunnion ball valve structure. The ball is supported and fixed by upper and lower stems. It will not shift due to pressure. This design guarantees long-term sealing stability. The worm gear reducer box allows the operator to open or close the valve easily with just a handwheel. The self-locking function of the worm gear prevents media pressure from reversing the valve. This avoids accidental opening or closing. The product serves petroleum, chemical, natural gas, light industry, power, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, and water supply sectors. It handles compressed air, natural gas, coal gas, LPG, nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen, steam, flue gas, and various process tail gases. Our models include Q341F, Q347F, Q347N, Q347PEEK, and Q347Y.

Our worm gear trunnion flanged ball valve uses body materials such as A105, F304, F316L, LF2, F11, F22, F53, F55, 4A, 5A, Inconel, Monel, 2205, 2507, 904L, copper alloy, titanium alloy, Hastelloy, and nickel alloy. Connections are RF, FM, G, M, or RTJ. The structure includes floating ball and trunnion ball types. The machining accuracy of the stem mounting holes directly affects the valve's operating torque and sealing performance. Our CNC boring and milling machine controls the concentricity of the upper and lower stems within 0.02mm. Every product valve undergoes a combined test of the gear box and valve before shipment. We check the handwheel torque and the reliability of the limit device. Laser printing marks the opening and closing direction indicators on the gear box. This helps prevent on-site misoperation.
