Oxygen Ball Valve

Zhejiang Chenxiang Valve Co., Ltd. offers our oxygen ball valve for high-pressure oxygen piping systems. Oxygen media can cause combustion or explosion when it contacts grease or organic matter in a high-pressure, oxygen-rich environment. This is the strictest safety rule in oxygen pipeline design and management. Our product follows a complete "oil-free" control process from manufacturing to delivery. We clean all parts twice using an ultrasonic cleaning machine with degreasing solution. After cleaning, we inspect each part with UV lamps and residual oil detectors. This process ensures that no oil residue remains on any component surface. The cleaning standard covers raw material entry, machining, assembly, and final packaging. This product is specifically designed for oxygen pipelines in petroleum, chemical, natural gas, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, and military industries. The media is pure oxygen only. Our models include Q341F, Q347F, Q347N, and Q347PEEK.

Our product uses body materials such as A105, F304, F316L, LF2, F11, F22, F53, F55, 4A, 5A, Inconel, Monel, 2205, 2507, 904L, copper alloy, titanium alloy, Hastelloy, and nickel alloy. You can choose manual, worm gear, pneumatic, electric, or hydraulic drives. Connections are RF, FM, G, M, or RTJ. The structure is floating ball or trunnion ball. Trunnion types meet DIB-1 and DIB-2 standards. We select soft seal materials such as PTFE, RPTFE, Nylon, Devilon, PEEK, PCTFE, M111, MOLON, and POM for this oxygen ball valve. We generally do not use hard seals for oxygen service. Every valve undergoes a 1.5 times rated pressure seal test using nitrogen gas, which is absolutely oil-free. Each valve comes with an independent degreasing cleaning report and an oxygen service qualification certificate. For typical applications like steel mill oxygen plants and chemical oxygen distribution networks, our product has achieved long-term safe operation in many projects. We use a laser printer to mark permanent labels on the valve body. These labels include material heat number, pressure rating, diameter, and an "Oil-Free" warning symbol.
