Our product uses body materials such as A105, F304, F316L, LF2, F11, F22, F53, F55, 4A, 5A, Inconel, Monel, 2205, 2507, 904L, copper alloy, titanium alloy, Hastelloy, and nickel alloy. The drive is pneumatic. You can also add a manual worm gear as a backup operation method. Connections are RF, FM, G, M, or RTJ. The structure is floating ball or trunnion ball. Trunnion types meet DIB-1 and DIB-2 standards. Soft seal materials include PTFE, RPTFE, Nylon, Devilon, PEEK, PCTFE, M111, MOLON, and POM. Hard seal materials include Ni60, STL, WC, and CRC. Every product undergoes pneumatic seal testing and action testing before shipment. We simulate the on-site air supply pressure to verify the valve's open/close time. Our professional torque tester checks whether the actuator output torque meets the valve's operating requirements. We can add accessories like solenoid valves, limit switches, and valve positioners according to your needs. A laser printer marks the model number, interface size, and manufacturing date on each actuator. This helps with on-site maintenance and traceability.
