Using multiple two-way valves in these systems adds connection points. It also increases control complexity and leakage risk. Our product achieves L-type (flow switching) or T-type (three-way full port or any two-way connection) functions in one single valve body. One valve replaces multiple shut-off valves. This product serves petroleum, chemical, natural gas, light industry, power, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, water supply, and military sectors. It is especially useful for reactor alternate feeding, heat exchanger switching, and bypass lines. The media includes compressed air, natural gas, coal gas, LPG, nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen, steam, flue gas, and various process tail gases. Our models include Q44F, Q45F, Q344F, Q345F, Q44Y, and Q45Y.

The three way flanged ball valve uses body materials such as A105, F304, F316L, LF2, F11, F22, F53, F55, 4A, 5A, Inconel, Monel, 2205, 2507, 904L, copper alloy, titanium alloy, Hastelloy, and nickel alloy. You can choose manual, worm gear, pneumatic, electric, or hydraulic drives. Connections are RF, FM, G, M, or RTJ. The structure is L-type or T-type three-way. The machining challenge for a product lies in the angle and dimensional accuracy of the three flow channels. Our CNC machining center controls this tolerance within 0.1mm. Every product undergoes seal testing in all three positions before shipment. These tests simulate actual working conditions. They check the shut-off and passage capability of each flow channel to ensure no internal leakage. We use an ultrasonic cleaning machine to thoroughly clean the valve body interior. This prevents chip residue from damaging the sealing surfaces.
