This design creates a DBB (Double Block and Bleed) structure. The upstream ball core shuts off the media. The downstream ball core vents the valve cavity pressure. You can perform safe maintenance without installing an extra relief valve. The product serves petroleum, chemical, natural gas, light industry, power, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, water supply, and military fields. It handles compressed air, natural gas, coal gas, LPG, nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen, steam, flue gas, and various process tail gases. Our models include Q41F, Q47F, Q47N, Q47PEEK, Q347PEEK, Q347Y, and Q647Y.

Our forged double ball valve uses body materials such as A105, F304, F316L, LF2, F11, F22, F53, F55, 4A, 5A, Inconel, Monel, 2205, 2507, 904L, copper alloy, titanium alloy, Hastelloy, and nickel alloy. You can choose manual, worm gear, pneumatic, electric, or hydraulic drives. Connections are RF, FM, G, M, or RTJ. The structure is a floating double block valve or trunnion double block valve. Both have DBB construction. Our R&D team designed a special synchronized action mechanism. They used CAD software to simulate the movement of both balls. This simulation ensures no interference between the two cores. Our CNC machining center completes the mounting holes for both ball cores in one setup. This process guarantees perfect concentricity. Every product undergoes 100% pressure testing on both ball cores before shipment.
