Precision Threads for a Secure Fit
Chenxiang offers this threaded gate valve with NPT, Rc, or G threads. Our high-precision CNC thread lathes cut the threads. They meet the required standards. The models are Z11H, Z11Y, and Z11W. The body materials are forged steel A105 (carbon steel), F304/F316L (stainless steel), F22 (chrome-moly steel for high heat), and LCB (low temperature). The drives are manual, gear, pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic. The connections are NPT, Rc, and G threads. This valve is widely used in branch lines and instrument piping. Quality Thread Inspection
Thread quality is key for a good seal. We use thread gauges to check every batch. This ensures the size and tolerance meet ANSI and national thread standards. Every threaded gate valve gets a thread size check and a pressure seal test before it leaves. We use a submersible tester. The valve goes under water. We look for bubbles at the body and the threaded joint. This proves the thread seal is good. An ultrasonic cleaner removes chips and cutting fluid from the threads. This keeps the valve clean inside. Chenxiang Valve has CE certification. Our products can enter the EU market.
