The Forged Steel Butt Weld Globe Valve is a strong solution for high-pressure piping. Many plants use it in steam lines and process gas systems. Built with Forged Steel and Precision
Chenxiang makes this butt weld globe valve from forged steel. Forged steel has no sand holes or voids. This gives the body strong pressure resistance. The models are J61H, J61Y, and J61W. Body materials include forged steel A105 (carbon steel), F304/F316L (stainless steel), F22 (chrome-moly steel for high heat), and LCB (low temperature). The drives are manual, gear, pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic. The connections are BW (butt weld) and SW (socket weld). The hard seal materials are H (Cr13 stainless steel), W (body seal), and Y (STL overlay). We machine the sealing faces with CNC equipment. This ensures a perfect match between the disc and the seat. Good machining means a longer service life for your product.

Quality Bevel and Testing
The weld bevel is very important for a butt weld globe valve. We use special beveling machines. They follow ASME B16.25 standards. We check the bevel angle and land thickness on every batch. This helps the welder do a good job on site. Every valve gets a shell hydrostatic test at 1.5 times the rated pressure. We also do a disc seal test. A direct-reading spectrometer checks the material chemistry for every batch. This prevents material mix-ups. We also test the packing and gasket areas for leaks.
