Ensure pipeline alignment and parallelism of flange sealing surfaces to prevent valve body deformation caused by stress.
Clear impurities from the pipeline before installation to avoid damaging the valve seat and ball.
Do not use the actuator as a lifting point to avoid damaging internal components.
Routine Maintenance
Periodically check the actuator's operating status and clean the interior of the valve body.
Replace worn sealing materials and lubricate the valve stem and transmission components.
Anti-rust treatment: Periodically paint carbon steel valve bodies to prevent corrosion.
