Structure of Electric Flanged Ball Valve

Ball: A rotating element featuring a circular through-bore; a 90-degree rotation around the stem axis achieves full opening or closing.

Valve Seat: Constructed from materials such as PTFE or hard alloy, ensuring sealing performance improves as medium pressure rises.

Electric Actuator: Features a built-in servo system that accepts 4–20mA or on/off signals to drive stem rotation, eliminating the need for an external amplifier.

Flange Connection: Standard flange connections at both ends of the valve body facilitate rapid integration with pipelines and accommodate various pressure ratings (e.g., PN 1.6–6.4 MPa).
