Jun 12, 2026 Leave a message

These pneumatic flanged ball valves feature nominal diameters ranging from DN15 to DN300 and nominal pressure ratings such as PN16, PN25, PN40, PN64, PN100, and PN160 (also expressed as PN1.0 to PN6.4 MPa). Applicable temperature ranges vary based on the sealing material: PTFE seals operate between -29°C and +150°C (or +178°C), PPL seals between -29°C and +300°C, and alloy steel seals between -15°C and +450°C. Actuation is primarily pneumatic (double-acting or single-acting), with options for manual, worm gear, or electric operation; required air supply pressure is typically 0.4–0.7 MPa (or 0.5–0.7 MPa). Pneumatic accessories may include solenoid valves, limit switches, electro-pneumatic positioners, handwheel override clutches, and air filter-regulators. Connection standards include HG20592-2009 (RF), JIS B2212, JIS B2214, etc. Explosion-proof ratings of Ex d IIB T4 or Ex d IIC T6 are available, with voltage options including AC220V, AC110V, AC380V, DC12V, DC24V, and DC110V. Valve body materials include cast steel, carbon steel, SS304, SS316, SS316L, SS2205, SS2507, and PVC. These valves are suitable for various media, including water, solvents, acids, natural gas, oil products, steam, and corrosive fluids.
